Brenda Ralph Lewis
My overriding passion is writing about history, especially pre-Hispanic American and other ancient civilizations, royal history and related topics. I have had well over 100 history books published, some of which are sold on the B and N website. I am also very much interested in astronomy, Star Trek, classical music (especially baroque), illuminated manuscripts, the countryside, aircraft, tennis. Except for daily checking out tennis news websites and the latest DVDs (especially political thrillers), my favourite sites on the Web are historical, scientific, astronomical etc. I live in England and was educated up to Higher School Certificate standard, after which I studied piano and theory at Trinity College of Music in London, passing several more exams. Professionally, I followed a childhood ambition and became a writer of books, magazine articles, and video and TV documentary programmes. I have also appeared on TV as a 'talking head'. I can submit to you my full resume, if required. I am married, with one (grown up) son and live in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside around London.
